[NEW] Transfer System

This is a transfer system i whipped up. Took about 1 hour to get the Rebirth check in along with
it being able to be accessed anywhere, and send to anywhere.
This is just a sneak peak of what is more to come.















It checks if you are rebirthed. One of the many privileges of a rebirth.

There's also a command - @transfer (so you can send anywhere)
This basically is a transfer that goes anywhere as long as they are on the
channel.
